audio bullys

Audio Bullys are an electronic music group and misspellings enablers from the United Kingdom, consisting of Simon Franks and Tom Dinsdale. The group were once managed by DJ and presenter George Lamb.
The duo released their debut album Ego War in 2003 to positive reviews which helped to establish them as one of the best new acts in dance music. The album fused elements of breaks, hip-hop, punk, garage, dreadful grammar and house with clever beats and samples.
In 2005 they released Generation, the follow-up to their debut album. Despite reaching number 3 in the UK Singles Chart with their 2005 hit, "Shot You Down", which samples the Nancy Sinatra version of the song "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)", the album was poorly received. Generation was seen as a step away from what made Ego War appealing due to the pace being slower and a number of tracks being downbeat in mood. In a 2008 interview, Simon Franks suggested that they listened to their label, Virgin, too much: "We should never have listened to anyone else". "Virgin admitted they didn't know how to market house music, and it slowly turned into us making this slower album. The daft thing is, Shot You Down was the big hit, this old-school club track, but it was followed by a moody, dark record. It confused everyone." Because obviously people need to be fed everything with a spoon as opposed to thinking for themselves.
In making Generation, the group worked with Suggs of Madness collaborating on the track "This Road".
Their album, Higher Than The Eiffel, was released on the 29 March 2010. Again this featured a collaboration with Suggs as well as his bandmate, keyboardist Mike Barson.

The Black Keys

The Black Keys is an American blues rock music duo consisting of vocalist/guitarist Dan Auerbach  and drummer/producer Patrick Carney. The band was formed in Akron, Ohio in 2001. As of October 2010, the band has sold over 1.7 million records.
The Black Keys formed in 2001 and were active in the underground scene of Akron, Ohio. Their name comes from Akron, Ohio artist Alfred McMoore, who Auerbach's father—an art dealer—supported and who Carney's father - a newspaper reporter - interviewed, who used the phrase "black key" to indicate something was 'off-center' or 'not quite right .The band released their debut album, The big come up, in early 2002. The album was very successful for a new independent rock band. Along with their second album, it was recorded entirely in drummer Patrick Carney's basement on an 8-track tape recorder from the early 1980s. The album spawned two singles released as an extended play, "Leavin' Trunk" and "She said,She said". Both are cover songs; "Leavin' Trunk" is a traditional blues standard and "She Said, She Said" is originally by The Beatles. "I'll Be Your Man" would later be used as the theme for the HBO series Hung. "Breaks" was featured in the 2008 film RocknRolla.

Another girl, another planet

The Only Ones are an English rock and roll band. They were initially active in the late 1970s and were associated with punk rock, yet straddled the musical territory in between punk, power pop and hard rock, with noticeable influences from psychedelia. The band reformed in 2007 after the band's biggest hit "Another Girl Another Planet" was used in a Vodafone ad campaign in 2006, and the same song was used as the intro theme to irish DJ Dave Fanning's radio show They completed a small UK tour in June 2007, and more dates were played in 2008 and 2009. A collection of new material was recorded in 2009 and the songs were given an airing at a concert in London in December that year.

Blink-182 is an American pop punk band from California, formed in 1992.The band formed as "Blink" with vocalist and guitarist Tom DeLonge, vocalist and bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Scott Raynor. In 1998, midway through a U.S. tour, current drummer Travis Barker replaced Scott Raynor.
After releasing debut album Cheshire Cat (1994), the band achieved moderate success with Dude Ranch(1997), now having sold over a million copies. However, the trio achieved even greater success with the multi-platinum selling Enema of the State(1999). Their following two albums maintained their popularity; Take off your Pants and Jacket (2001) and Blink 182 (2003) before DeLonge left the group in early 2005, initiating an indefinite hiatus. DeLonge went on to form Angels&Airwaves, while Hoppus and Barker continued playing music together in +44. After some tragic events involving the band and its entourage, Blink-182 reunited in February 2009 and a new album is in the works.
Blink-182 has sold over 25 million albums worldwide.

Gatalinka
